Dua Lipa "Deeply Sorry" To Those Scared By Fireworks At Concert
Dua Lipa has apologized to fans after someone allegedly set off unauthorized fireworks during her concert in Toronto. In a statement, Lipa said that she is “deeply sorry for anyone who was scared, felt unsafe or whose enjoyment of the show was affected in any way”. Creating a safe and inclusive space at my shows is always my first priority, and my team and I are just as shocked and confused by the events as you all are, Dua Lipa. She then revealed that authorities are currently investigating the incident and “working hard to find out how this incident occurred”. The fireworks were allegedly thrown during the final song after the confetti had been released and many people thought it was just part of the show. The singer is currently on the world tour for her 2020 album Future Nostalgia which features songs such as Don’t Start Now and Levitating.
