Drake's Team Says The Rapper Was Not Arrested In Sweden
Drake’s team has told the Hollywood Reporter that the rapper was not arrested in Sweden, dispelling rumors that recently hit social media. Drake traveled to Sweden on his baby blue Boeing 767 plane, known as Air Drake. Fans speculated on social media that the rapper had been arrested by the police at a nightclub in Stockholm for marijuana possession. Drake’s team said he was in his hotel room and hadn’t been arrested, he did, however, visit a restaurant in the Östermalm district of Stockholm. Swedish police said that they cannot say whether or not the star had been arrested but they could confirm that he is not in custody. Drake recently released his seventh studio album titled Honestly, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
